If you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced samba dancer, this is the class for you. It teaches the basic samba passista step, how to carry yourself, and even advanced techniques in samba dance in the style of Rio de Janeiro from SambaLa Madrinha da Bateria, Valeria Ruggieri. Classes are $60 for 4 classes. |

Bahia Style workshop with Kirk Brundage. Kirk is one of the top experts and teachers of Brazilian Rhythms in Bahia. This is a once a month series. We will be doing arrangements for songs including Magalenha. This will be in preparation for doing songs for choreographied shows. Cost is $10 for SambaLa members, $15 for non-members. |
